The TOTE bag I like to think of as the EVERYTHING bag. This kinda camera bag is larger and you can carry it all. It can also double as a diaper bag or a “mom” bag if you’ve got lots of children. I had one of these tote camera bags when my kids were young and I would drag them out with me to practice taking pictures. Perfect because you could keep their stuff as well as your gear in their too!

Ok, I get that name isn’t really cool, but I wasn’t really sure how to label these types of bag as there’s a few names out there, but it’s a bag that is as simple as that.LITTLE. Sometimes known as a holster or camera case, the little camera bag holds just your camera and a lens. Great for quick trips or when you don’t need anything more than that. This bag is for the photographer who doesn’t need much! Lightweight, and easy to carry. Some of these bags are so small they might only fit a single lens or a point and shoot camera. Make sure to check the dimensions of the bag first before you decide it’s the one for you!
