Phoenix Maternity Photographer: Into the Water

Having 4 kids of my own, maternity sessions are pretty magical to me. I love shooting new moms-to-be and every time I do I want to kick myself because I only scheduled a maternity session with my last child! I always felt  too big and not really beautiful when I was pregnant, but now that I’m not, I so wish that I would have captured more photos of pregnancy.  That’s why I love being able to capture maternity photos for new moms to be!

When to Schedule Maternity Photos

You want to schedule maternity photos when you’re showing  that beautiful baby bump. So you don’t want to schedule too early. You also don’t want to make sure you’re scheduling too late because baby could make an appearance before your photos are taken! I always recommend anytime between 28 to 34 weeks. Tthat guarantees that you have that beautiful baby bump and that baby won’t be here yet (hopefully!)

What to Wear

 what to wear for your maternity photos is important and I think the most important part about choosing an outfit for maternity photos as selecting one that you feel good in make sure you try it on beforehand and that you like the way that you look flowing maternity dresses are very popular and beautiful I can make your photos look very magical and Whimsical however if that’s not your style that’s okay you want to choose something that you feel the best Inn   I just love her maternity dress for the session it’s incredibly flattering shows off that baby bump and the color pops with the background

Location

This maternity photo session was taken at Coon Bluff Campground. Coon Bluff Campground is a gorgeous location for maternity photos or for family photos too! It has a really magical feel and a lot of variety. As a bonus, the Salt River also runs through this location, so if you’re an adventurous mom-to-be, you can get right in the water for some really beautiful shots.
